Nestor Siré is a Cuban multimedia artist who reflects on the relationship between technology and society through transdisciplinary research. Focused on the different social representations of the concept of creativity, he uses interactive installations and interventions to show a parallel narrative of resistance from the Global South, from which alternative production and circulation practices emerge.
His works have been exhibited internationally at major institutions such as Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes Havana, Queens Museum, New Museum, Ars Electronica and transmediale. He has participated in the Biennials of Havana, Gwangju, Curitiba, Warsaw, Asunción and The Wrong.
